Job Description	The Training Supervisor should be able to manage the different training programs of the company. He/She will be part of the development and improvement of new and existing trainging modules.

Qualifications	* Male or Female, not more than 35 years old * Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Communications or any 4 year related course * With at least 2 years related experience in designing & formulating training programs * With excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitating and presentation skills and interpesronal relations skills * Proficient in computer applications MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) * Organizational/Project management skills needed * Flexible, Organized, Creative and Resourceful * Must be able to work independently

Minimum Educational Attainment	College Graduate
