Yes, our products undergo testing in our own laboratory to reduce or minimize the incidence of hazards.  Hen Lin is following the rigorous procedures as required by the HACCP standard.  All products go through metal detectors as well as to provide additional safeguards againsthazards.

In the store, all our service crew are trained to handle all products properly before being deployed to their respective stores.  Inaddition, our Quality Assurance Team regularly visits our stores to ensure that procedures and guidelines are being followed.
